Every business has specific goals giving them directions. Through Chatrify, you can set up goals to check whether you are heading towards a desired direction.
Goals are nothing but a way to check whether intended action is performed by the customer or not.
To use this tool,
- Go to Settings tab.
- Select Advanced Setup.
- Click on Goals.
- Select the Group for which you have to add goals.
- Click on +ADD NEW to add a goal.
How to add new Goal:
Let’s say you are the owner of an online apparel store.
Your goal is to make a sale. This sale won’t be complete unless the shopper goes to the final page where he/she confirms the order and pays. So, to create this goal,
- Click on +ADD NEW goal.
- Select the URL condition as Contains the string or Is exactly based on your requirement.
Conditions: Decide whether your URL needs to be exactly the same or not.
- Add the URL to the next box.
- Save the changes.
Now, whenever a shopper goes to the specified URL, the Goal is completed. That means a sale has occurred.
You can add as many goals as you desire and customize according to your need.
