Customer feedback is an integral part of any service. Through Post-Chat Form, you can get a fair idea if a customer is satisfied with your service or not. If yes, what were the aspects & if not, what improvements can be done to serve the customer in a better way, can be understood.
To utilize this option,
- Click on Settings tab.
- Go to the Chat Window.
- Click on Post-Chat Form.
- Disable it if you don’t need it.
- If enabled, select which all fields you require your customer to fill up.
- Save the changes.
The details of Post Chat Form are automatically stored in the database. You can go through it any time to analyze and interpret it.
