Auto invite or a trigger is a smart way to greet customers automatically & invite them to chat. It helps them to make a decision while they are on your website.
Auto invite system makes use of “If…, then..” situations. Based on customers activity on the site, you can send different messages to them to complete the call to action or a sale.
As these are predefined messages, agents need not type them, thereby saving your valuable time.
To use Auto invites,
- Go to Settings tab.
- Select Advanced Setup.
- Click on Auto Invite.
- Click +ADD NEW to add an auto invite.
- Save the changes.
