Based on your business & customer needs, you can create groups like Sales, Servicing, Customer care, etc. It reduces the complications and increases focus.
To add Groups to Chatrify,
- Go to Agents tab.
- Click on Groups on the left side of widget.
- Click +ADD NEW GROUP.
- Choose the group Name and select the necessary options.
- Save the changes.
On the Groups dashboard, you can see the details of your group and agents added in them.
