Agents are the face of your company.
They represent your organization to the customers. So, its advisable that they should be presented in a pleasant & professional manner.
Chatrify provides various options in this category to increase the interaction between your agents and customer.
When you click on Agents tab, this is what your screen will display:
There are two subtabs in Agents title:
- Online: It shows number of online agents.
- Offline: It shows number of offline agents.
How to add Agents to Chatrify:
You can add as many agents as you want, but only your subscribed number of agents can be online at any .
- Go to the Agents tab.
- Select the Group in which you want add the agent.
- Click on +ADD NEW AGENT.
- Fill in the necessary details of the agent.
- Save the changes.
On the Agents dashboard, you can see all the agents you have added, both online & offline.
Search any agent you want, edit their details, its simple.
You can also see each agent’s details and performance summary on their display box to get a quick glimpse of their working.
