Q How does the 14-day free trial work?
A When you sign up, you instantly get access to all the features in the Chatrify live chat software's Premium Plan for 14 days. During this period you can upgrade at any time by visiting the change plan page from dashboard under settings. You don’t need a credit card during the trial, so feel free to try it out. We will notify you when your trial expires.
Q What happens after the free 14-day trial?
A Towards the end of the 14 days we will notify you and check if you want to upgrade. If you feel ready to buy a paid plan you can do so using a credit card or PayPal. If you choose not to upgrade during the trial period, you will be automatically downgraded to the free plan. Most of the features and additional agents you added will be automatically disabled at this point. If you choose to upgrade later, the disabled features and agents can be re-enabled again.
Q Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
A Yes, Chatrify live chat software is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Click on "Subscription" in your Chatrify live chat software account, to change your plan.
Q Are there any additional costs?
A No, there are no additional costs. The prices listed here are final and you won’t be charged for anything else.
Q What are agents?
A Agents are your organization's team members who will log into the Dashboard and respond to your customer's chats. You can create as many agent accounts as you like, free of charge, you pay only for online agents, which are simultaneous agent logins to your Chatrify live chat software dashboard.
